Managed sports live streaming in Auckland
You play. We stream.
An experienced broadcast operator, a live scoreboard and your sponsors on screen. You focus on the event. We handle the stream.
Interclub games, school sport, tournaments and finals. Stream every court for what others charge for one.
See our managed streaming in action
Cam One provided the managed live streams below for Table Tennis New Zealand. Watch the TTNZ Top X coverage with commentary and the 2026 New Zealand Open finals to see the service we deliver.
You run the event. We run the stream.
1. Tell us about your event: sport, venue, dates, hours and how many courts or fields.
2. We plan the coverage: camera positions, internet, power, scoring and your sponsor graphics, all agreed before the day.
3. We turn up and stream: we set up, test the connection and run the stream from first whistle to last, to your YouTube or Facebook channel or another destination by arrangement.
Make your streaming budget go further
Our compact, phone-based setup keeps equipment and crew costs down, so more of your budget goes on covering the action.
For tournaments, we can stream several courts or fields at once. Depending on the event, your budget could cover multiple playing areas for what a traditional streaming company charges to cover one. Ask us for a quote based on your venue, schedule and number of simultaneous streams.
Every managed streaming package includes

Optional additions for your event
Commentary
Add commentary to help viewers follow the action and bring more of the event atmosphere to the stream. Use your own commentators or we can help arrange them. Quoted separately.
Pay-per-view and fundraising
Want to sell access to your live stream or raise funds for your club or event? Ask about pay-per-view and fundraising options when booking. We’ll explain the setup and any fees before you decide.
Sponsor opportunities
Sponsor logos and banners give your supporters’ businesses a place on screen. If you’re approaching a sponsor, we can help explain the on-screen opportunities so you have a clear offer to take to them.
Event Content: clips and highlights
Make more of the footage we capture. Event Content is an optional add-on to managed streaming, supplying finished clips and graphics for your organisation to publish on its own channels.
Before the event
Help supporters find the stream with branded thumbnails, viewing information and graphics for your social channels.
During the event
Share selected match moments as short clips. Sponsor branding and suggested captions are available, with same-day delivery arranged when booking.
After the event
Bring the event together in a short highlights video to thank sponsors and promote your next event.
We agree on the number of clips, their length and delivery times beforehand. Event Content is quoted separately.

Built by broadcasters, run by us
Cam One was founded by Peter Tainui, a sports producer and director with 30 years in broadcast, working with Sky Sport, TVNZ, World Rugby and FIFA.
We designed and built the Cam One streaming technology ourselves. It’s used by sports organisations across New Zealand and the Pacific, and powered 122 of the 162 streams at Summer Tournament Week 2026.
Your stream is run by the team behind Cam One, with direct knowledge of the software and years of experience producing live sport.
“Cam One was great for our event and we received plenty of positive feedback on our coverage. Highly recommended.” Scott Houston, Chief Executive Officer, Table Tennis Oceania, on the Oceania Championships in Auckland.
Managed sports streaming: your questions
How much does it cost to live stream a sports event?
It depends on the event length, venue and how many courts or fields you want covered. Send us the details and we’ll come back with a clear quote.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for tournaments and finals. It gives us time to check the venue’s internet and plan camera positions.
What if the internet drops?
We bond the venue connection with a cellular backup, so the stream can stay up if one connection drops.
Do you work with schools?
Yes. We stream school sport, club and interclub games, tournaments and national events.
Where is the service available?
Across Auckland, with Auckland metro travel included. Contact us to discuss venues further afield.
What do we need at the venue?
A suitable camera position and access to power. We check the venue’s internet connection beforehand and assess mobile coverage for backup.
Can you stream several courts or fields?
Yes. We can plan simultaneous streams across multiple playing areas, subject to equipment, operator availability and internet capacity. Each court or field has its own camera, with the scope agreed in your quote.
Can we use our own YouTube or Facebook channel?
Yes, as long as the channel has live streaming enabled. Other destinations, including pay-per-view, can be discussed when booking.
Is commentary included?
Commentary is an optional add-on. Tell us whether you have your own commentators or would like help arranging them, and we’ll include it in your quote.
Do we receive the recording?
Yes. A full recording is supplied after the event. Edited clips and highlights are available through Event Content.
