How to score Bowls
A bowls match is played across a set number of ends.
Players or teams take turns rolling bowls toward the small target ball called the jack.
At the end of each "end," points are awarded for each bowl closer to the jack than the opponentās nearest bowl.
The match winner is the player/team with the highest total points after all ends, or the first to reach a preset target score.
Formats can vary (singles, pairs, triples, fours), but scoring works the same way.
A bowls scoreboard tracks three key things: 1ļøā£ Points scored per endĀ ā updated after each end. 2ļøā£ Total match scoreĀ ā running tally for each player/team. 3ļøā£ Current end numberĀ ā which end is being played.
Update a live bowls scoreboard using the Cam One app ā or connect a second device and make live updates with remote scoring.
